At AI Academy, we strive to provide high-quality virtual live classes and an excellent experience for all participants. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may be granted.

 

1. General Policy

All bookings for our virtual live classes whether Masterclass or instructor led full courses —are subject to the terms below. By registering for a class, you agree to this policy.

 

2. Class Cancellations/Reschedule by Participants

  • No Refunds initiated on class cancellations by participants.
  • If you fail to attend a scheduled class without rescheduling in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Participants may reschedule their class up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Rescheduling within the timeframe is complimentary and subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requested within 72 hours of the class start time is not permitted.
  • Participants who miss the rescheduling window will be required to reapply or re-enroll for the course or class, and standard fees will apply.
  • If the event includes downloadable materials, no refunds will be issued after materials have been accessed.

 

5. Class Cancellations by the Business

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or insufficient enrollment.

  • If we cancel a class: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • If a class is interrupted due to technical issues: If the issue cannot be resolved within 60 mins, we will offer a partial refund or rescheduled session, depending on the circumstances.
  • In cases where the technical issue is resolved within 60 mins and the class resumes, any additional time spent addressing the issue will be compensated with extended class time, ensuring participants receive the full duration and value of the session.

6. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate devices. Refunds will not be issued due to individual technical problems.

 

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted based on the payment provider’s policies.
