5. Class Participation Requirements

5.1 Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring:

  • A compatible device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.)
  • Functional audio and/or camera if required.
  • Necessary software or applications.

We are not liable for interruptions or inability to join due to participant-side technical issues.

5.2 Environment & Safety

You agree to:

  • Participate in a safe environment (clear space, no hazards).
  • Follow instructions provided by the instructor.

AI Academy is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper participation or unsafe conditions.

6. Class Conduct

To maintain a positive class environment, you agree:

  • Not to record, copy, distribute, or share any class content without written permission.
  • Not to behave in a disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner.
  • To use respectful communication in chat, audio, or video interactions.

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate class conduct rules without refund.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

All cancellations, rescheduling requests, or refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Key points include:

  • Participants must reschedule at least 72 hours before the class start time.
  • Late rescheduling requires re-registration and full payment.
  • If a class is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will compensate with extended class time or alternative solutions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Class material
  • Videos and live streams
  • Course documents
  • Images, text, and branding
  • Recorded sessions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit written permission.
